Randstad Education is partnering with a thriving and community-oriented Independent Islamic School in Sydney’s South West. We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher for a full-time position through to the end of the 2026 academic year.

This is a full-time position with the flexibility to lead either a Kindergarten or Year 2 classroom. You will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment that supports the foundational years of primary education.
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the NESA NSW Primary Syllabus, with a strong focus on literacy and numeracy.
Utilise diverse teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles, ensuring every child is supported and challenged.
Maintain a positive, safe, and structured classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
Work collaboratively with the Primary faculty and Stage coordinators to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students.
Valid NESA Teacher Accreditation and a relevant teaching degree.
A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
A respectful and supportive approach toward the school’s Islamic ethos.
An adaptable communicator capable of building strong rapport with students, parents, and the wider school community.
A secure full-time contract for the remainder of 2026, with potential for renewal or a permanent transition in 2027.
